Elite Power Skating Classes

Long time PowerSkating Academy skaters may be invited at any age based on their foundational skating level, experience, work ethic and desire to improve.

New skaters to the PSA must be at least 15 years of age and older playing ‘AAA’, junior or semi-pro for allowance into the class. Elite classes will focus on building a large skating vocabulary by adding more advanced modern day skating techniques. We’ll push the boundaries of what is possible for you to do on your skates. Puck work is commonly included in this class.

New skaters to PSA with foundational flaws in their skating will be forced to regress by doing a lot of slow speed skills and exercises until they correct their base. Skaters will be grouped based on their technical skating ability.
