March Break Clinics Schedule 2023
During the continued time of COVID-19 and ever changing rules and/or possible shutdown In the near future, we will be booking 2 month increments.
CLASSES ARE SOLD AS A BLOCK
All clinics at Scotiabank Pond
The clinics are divided into two hours, each with a different focus. The first hour focuses on technical skating and is broken down to two parts; 1) Edges (foundational skating) – edge work, blade awareness, knee bend and posture and 2) Hockey Skating – forward and backwards stride work, starts, stops, turns, pivots, etc. The second hour focuses on puck and stick skills. Skaters will rotate through two or three stations each with a different focus – shooting, stick handling, passing and receiving and skating with the puck.

GENERAL RULES
EQUIPMENT All power, master and elite classes are full equipment with a stick. Learn to Skate classes helmet with cage, gloves, skates, and warm winter wear.
ENTERING ARENA rink can be entered at any time, dressing rooms are available 30 minutes prior to class time.
SPECTATING is allowed at all arenas.
No parents, unregistered skaters or observers allowed on ice at anytime.
PAYMENT OPTIONS E-transfer, Credit Card.
