March Break Clinics
All clinics at Scotiabank Pond
Clinics are divided into two one ice-hour lessons**
The first hour is a technical skating session, divided into two segments; one segment is functional skating focusing on edge work, including edge control, blade awareness, knee bend, posture, basic edges all the way through all the turns. The other segment is the power session, focusing on stride development, both forwards and backwards, stops, turns, spread eagles, mohawks etc.
The second hour of the clinic focuses on puck and stick skills, and is divided into three main sections; technical shooting, stick handling and puck control, and passing skills.
**an ice-hour is at least 50min guaranteed, plus flood/ice resurfacing
Each clinic is $480 +HST = $542.40

GENERAL RULES
EQUIPMENT All power, master and elite classes are full equipment with a stick. Learn to Skate classes helmet with cage, gloves, skates, and warm winter wear.
ENTERING ARENA rink can be entered at any time, dressing rooms are available 30 minutes prior to class time.
SPECTATING is allowed at all arenas.
No parents, unregistered skaters or observers allowed on ice at anytime.
