This program is for high level students who are committed to improving their hockey performance.

The key focus of this program is to Build Better Skaters – starting with off-ice Hip Analytics and Single Leg Control as the foundation of enhancing on-ice Stride Length, Edge Control and Explosiveness. With complete integration, it becomes a program that specifically develops each player for their individual needs. Hip analytics from FITS ensure on-ice stride can be lengthened to maximize speed. Single Leg control developed in the gym, increased on-ice edge ability to improve a players balance. Acceleration works teaches our players to be efficient while improving their first three strides. Change of direction skills focus on in-game evasive ability. Our athlete RESTORE program combines all aspects of sport medicine for injury prevention.
